KWARK OLIEBOLLEN , gezond en lukt altijd .<\/p>\n

250 gr Bloem of glutenvrij van SCHAR<\/p>\n

250 gr volle Kwark<\/p>\n

125 gr Suiker<\/p>\n

mespuntje Zout<\/p>\n

thl. Bicarbonaat of Bakpoeder<\/p>\n

zakje Vanillesuiker<\/p>\n

2 Eieren<\/p>\n

Klop de Eieren met de Suiker en Vanillesuiker blank en voeg het Zout toe.<\/p>\n

Daarna klop je de Kwark erdoor gevolgd door de Bloem met Bicarbonaat die je door een zeef wrijft met de houten lepel .<\/p>\n

Nu kun je ook naar smaak Rozijnen of Krenten toevoegen .<\/p>\n

Intussen heb je neutrale olie , bv. Zonnebloem , verwarmd op 170 ‘<\/p>\n

Vorm deegbolletjes met een kleine IJsschep want ze zetten flink uit .<\/p>\n
