Optional: powdered sugar for coating<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Steep green tea and ginger in hot water for 5 minutes. Strain and pour into a saucepan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add lemon juice, honey, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the mixture reaches soft candy stage (about 240\u00b0F \/ 115\u00b0C).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
